OUR ORGANIC FARM
The best ingredients in our kitchens come from the town where the story of Alejandro Ruiz was born.
Portozuelo is our own organic garden where the ingredients that supply the Casa Oaxaca group restaurants are harvested.
Forty minutes to the south of the city and away from the daily hustle and bustle, you will find this small farm where, in addition to cultivation and breeding, we also use organic waste from our kitchens for responsible composting.
On weekends you can book to go to try authentic dishes of the local cuisine of the towns of Oaxaca.
